Gretna Jackson founded Doors of Grace in 2021. She serves as Director and CEO, managing the day to operations, working with existing clients and educating the public and families about the effects of mass incarceration on families.

Gretna has more than 35 years of healthcare experience and has previously held numerous sales and marketing related positions in the healthcare industry serving as Account Executive and Marketing Director. Gretna has previously held a position as Client Services Director, served on
the Board and Board Chair of a local Pregnancy Support Center, this fueled her desire to help people move from a place of desperation toward their God given destiny.

Gretna is passionate
about showing others the love of God, encouraging young people, and helping women and families who are living with the pain of incarceration.  The desire to see people live a transformed life after incarceration is the driving force behind Doors of Grace.
